I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Ukrainian Association of the Blind establishment anniversary!
The Association fulfils an important social task, unites almost fifty thousand people throughout Ukraine and makes a significant contribution into building of the society of equal possibilities in our state.
During eighty years of its active work, the Ukrainian Association of the Blind has established a system of support of sight-disabled persons. It includes training and production enterprises, recreational centers and specialized organizations. Due to the activity of Association, thousands of citizens could receive rehabilitation services, professional education and what is more – work.
The Association helps blind people fulfil their potential, strength and talents in a variety of spheres. Such actual and large-scale work is, without doubt, worthy of deep respect.
